Primordial Soup White Blend is made from various grape varieties but predominantly Chenin Blanc and Colombard grapes. On the nose, it has notes of fresh citrus and stone fruit with light hints of floral. Meanwhile. the palate is crisp and vibrant with ripe, gentle tropical fruit characters and a clean tangy finish. This is an incredibly versatile wine. It’s freshness, flavours and fantastic aromas match anything from a sensational summer salad to seafood.
